How to make a Roasted Garlic Maniche Pasta
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Organic Durum Wheat Maniche Pasta - 500 g
  • Roasted Garlic Cherry Tomato Pasta Sauce - 20.64 oz
  • Parmigiano cheese, grated (recommended)
How to make Maniche pasta

 Step 1:

Bring 5 quarts of water to a rolling boil, add salt to taste. Cook maniche pasta for 7-8 minutes stirring occasionally for al dente pasta. For more tender pasta, boil for an additional 2 minutes. Drain and remove from heat.

Roasted garlic sauce

Step 2:

In a separate pot, add the roasted garlic sauce and bring it to a medium heat for 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Add troccoli pasta

Step 3:

Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix it with the grated parmesan cheese. Use a large spoon to toss until the pasta is fully coated.

Add parmigiano reggiano cheese

Step 4:

When fully coated with cheese, add a sprinkle of extra virgin olive oil, and mix again.

Serve pasta and garnish

Step 5:

Serve warm and garnish with additional cheese.

  • Salt and pepper
  • Marinara Cherry Tomato Pasta Sauce - 20.64 oz
  • Organic Durum Wheat Troccoli Pasta - 400 g
  • Parmigiano cheese, grated (recommended)
How to make a troccoli pasta with cherry tomato marinara sauce  

Step 1:

Cherry tomato marinara pasta sauce

Step 2:

In the same pot, pour the marinara sauce and add salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a low-medium heat before tossing the pasta.

Mix the pasta with the sauce. Add cheese grated cheese and drizzle olive oil. Use clamps to toss until the pasta is fully coated.
